From December 23rd to 27th, the Young Hoon English Winter Camp brought joy and excitement to more than 350 students in grades 1 through 6. Each grade embraced its own captivating theme, fostering curiosity and creativity Grade 1 embarked on an Animal Safari adventure, while Grade 2 journeyed through the enchanting world of the Polar Express, inspired by the beloved tale of Chris Van Allsburg. Grade 3 delved into the realm of emotions with insights from Inside Out 2, and Grade 4 explored diverse narrative styles and the intricacies of character development. Grade 5 ventured into the magical universe of Studio Ghibli, and Grade 6 engaged in the thrilling challenges of the acclaimed UK game, Taskmaster. Throughout this vibrant camp, students honed their skills in listening, speaking, writing, science, art, and more. The atmosphere radiated with the joyful sounds of laughter and creativity, providing a refreshing alternative to the traditional classroom experience. A heartfelt thank you goes out to all the enthusiastic students who participated and to the dedicated teachers whose hard work ensured the event's incredible success! Our school truly shines!

2024. 11. 6.(수) 제1회 영훈 꿈을 그린 바자회가 개최되었습니다. 그린 바자회는 첫째, 재활용 실천을 통한 환경교육과 근검절약의 미덕을 실천한다. 둘째, 나눔과 봉사로 지역사회에 기여한다. 셋째, 학생, 학부모, 교사가 하나되어 아이들이 꿈꿀 수 있는 소중한 터전을 함께 가꾸어 간다. 라는 목표로 실시되었습니다. 이날 운동장에서는 학부모님께서 주도로 굿즈 판매부스, 재능 기부 부스, 먹거리 부스 (총 31개)가 진행되었습니다. 키움관(체육관)에서는 5, 6학년 학생들의 주도한 환경 캠페인 부스와 아나바다 부스 (총 24개)가 진행되었습니다. 첫 바자회의 성공적인 개최를 위해 힘써 주신 학부모회, 학교운영위원회 이하 많은 여러 학부모회 그리고 봉사 지원 학부모님께서 물심양면으로 도움을 주셨습니다. 학부모님의 적극적인 지원과 봉사 덕분에 아이들과 영훈 공동체 모두가 재밌고, 행복한 체험을 하는 하루를 보낼 수 있었습니다.
